    Jan has been previously certified as both a Life Coach and a Mind/Body Coach. But she likes to think of herself as a Well-Being Coach. In her sessions  she weaves Yogic Philosophy, Buddhist teachings, poetry, mind/body/life coaching tools and her experiences of 80 years of traveling along this wild and wonderful path of life. She enjoys passing on the simple practices of pausing, noticing, feeling, listening, breathing, opening, and letting go- making space for our basic goodness and  wisdom.
